Trimcutter TGR2
The purpose of the machine is the cutting of refills (processing waste) from an earlier stage of the paper product line, in order to reduce them in size and volume to make them suitable for disposal by means of a special press.
The machine consists of 4 parts:
Logs wrapper FL
The FL30 Logs Wrapper is the standard machine for sizes up to a maximum length of 3000mm for a maximum diameter of 130mm.
Machines for sizes and diameters other than standard can be produced.
The machine is comprised of three distinct groups made of lightweight carpentry and varnished with RAL 1013.
The bandwidth unwinding measure is electronically controlled.
Machine control settings are managed through the touch-screen digital operator panel.
